The incoming fax cannot be received because the internal modem cannot be identified. To identify the modem, open the PowerPort control panel, hold down the Option key, and click on the PowerPort text.
Fax sending has been suspended because the internal modem can't be identified. To identify the modem, open the PowerPort control panel, press the Option key, and click on the PowerPort text. Then select Resume in the Fax Center desk accessory.
